Week 21

August hasn't been stellar. I had admitted in an earlier post that I had been lazy. So my over all loss for August was just over 3 pounds. That makes a grand total of 45 since April.
I have been enjoying myself more, and I'm not going to get [that] down about the slow loss for this month. I'm just gearing up for a good September...
I picked up a 44 lb bag of dog food and realized how much weight that was. I tried running up my front steps with it, and it was hard! I think I've loss some muscle with the weight:-)
This does prove that the diet pill alone doesn't work! It takes the whole program. I'm on my second liquid fast for this week, I skipped one last week, so I'm trying to make up for it. I'll do one more this weekend. Getting back on the wagon takes some real mental exertion!

Seriously, way to go! 45 lbs is VERY impressive. That's how much I'd LOVE To lose. And you did it in just 21 weeks. Fantastic!

I bet running up those stairs with dog food in tow would bring back some of that muscle you seem to think is missing. :)
