Peach Pie

Wendy said that making pies everyday is not a good hobby, maybe she's right (she usually is). Although I think the real danger is not in the baking of the pie, that is actually exercise, I think the danger may be in the sampling. Anyway I tried new recipe from Penzeys, I'm not sure about the crust yet, I'll have to get feedback from the pro tasters - the rest of the Inman clan.
