Bill and I went to the Indiana University of Scouting yesterday. I noticed something...it's not too different from a Star Trec convention. Some people really get into it! They are be-decked with patches, pins, and medals, so much so that I didn't quite know where to look. I had no problem knowing where not to look when I went to one class where a teacher decided to wear his olive green shorts he must have bought 20 years ago when they probably fit and I couldn't help but wonder what magical thread boy scout shirts have their buttons sewn on with and how I might be in mortal danger if one decided to pop! But on the plus side I can now do a Finish Eye, tie a masthead knot, do a small splice, and eye splice, and an end splice, I can tie a Tom Foolery, and lash just about anything to anything!
The 'crud' has been making it's tour around our home. Eve and I were the only ones unscathed. Well, now it's only Eve, I came down hard yesterday... during the scout university. Usually I can kick it quick.. I hope it's the same this time, I'm being well taken care of.I put my grad school application in, I don't feel very positive about it. I found out that they automatically except all the undergrads from BSU with a 3.0 or above. Last year that meant they took in 5 more students. I did all I could possibly do, now it's in the Lord's hands. I find out mid March.

Well don't feel so bad...everyone with that GPA and above at BSU get accepted to the grad school, but they all still have to apply to the department, so they're in just as much of a panic as you are!
I believe the Lord will honor all your dedication to Him and reaching out to his children. You will be accepted in His timing , which I hope will be March. I hope you are feeling better soon. I like "neti then beddy." Great motto. lol
