A warm sunny day in Muncie!

It was an amazing day today! The weather was in the 70s - it was a little breezy, but nothing bad enough to stop some outside play time. Bill and I rode about 7 miles, we were able to ride on some of the newly laid trail past the Westside park. I love days like this, Bill and I sat on the riverside and basked in the gift autumn gave us for a little while.

I made some pumpkin rolls for a bridal shower. It's weird to think that just last night there were pumpkins sitting on the counter with no clue what they were in store for!

This is called bread of the dead or Pan de Muerto. I hadn't made it before, it took awhile, but it was tasty.
