First day of School

If I were normal (big IF!) you would probably be looking at nice candids of my four high schoolers in their new (garage sale & thrift store) clothes with their back packs from last year stuffed full of supplies they had to buy for themselves. But instead I want to show you the spread I laid out for their breakfast! Yes there's bacon...organic and Nitrate free...($15.53 for 1 1/2 lbs... another reason we don't eat meat much), and sausage scrambled eggs with freshly picked & diced tomatoes from the garden, Belgium waffles (round & square, I need 2 waffle makers to get enough done for this clan!_, whipped cream (yes from real creme!), and hash browns that nobody ended up having enough room on their plate for and still have gobbs...anyone hungry?
I also love the flowers, cut from our front yard this morning. Ok the kids are nice too!

David walked in to find that he and Bill are matching, almost. David started working for Sallie Mae a month ago and is doing an amazing job! He's breaking all sorts of records trying to earn money for his mission. Bill started at SM two weeks ago and has one more week of training. Someday I'll blog to what led up to this 'job' for my artist husband. But for now I'm going to get my two little ones I still have at home (I'm HSing Danni), and go for a walk with the dog!
