What's your sign?

Last night I was listening to the 'Mormon Channel' and a marriage fireside type thing was on. One of the topics discussed was how we initiate 'relations' with our spouse. It seems that many couples have a hard time either delivering and/or receiving the 'hey baby I'm in the mood' sign from their significant other. It was kind of funny because there was a little example of a couple-

Husband, "I'm want to go to bed, what are you doing?"
Wife, "I'm reading this book, I really need to get through this chapter."
Husband (in a whiny voice) "But I want to go to bed now."
Wife, "That's fine, you go ahead, I'll be up in a little while."

The speaker suggested a little more romance be part of the 'initiating', like kissing the back of her neck.
I asked Bill last night what our 'sign' was... we really couldn't pinpoint anything specific, we get more playful with each other if anything. In fact, come to think of it, I have had to come up with signs when I'm not in the mood.
So have you developed any fun signs that you feel comfortable in sharing?

Another thing that was stated was that people who are happy do fun things...simple, but how often do we take that simple statement and put it into effect in our marriages?

I have a friend who always showers. That is her sign. Even if she showered in the morning, she'll shower again and that let's her hubby know...

I don't think Sal and I have a specific sign. I do agree that romantic initiation is more effective than the whiny voice. :) I even find myself "falling" into the mood if Sal does the dishes or cleans up without any prompt. Gratitude makes for great romance!!
