Eve has been wanting a drum set for while. Thanks to David's good yard sale fortune Eve was able to get her wish come true. She's reading the clues on how to find it (we hid it rather than wrapped it). Aurora didn't have any big wishes, so she got small odds and ends, which- Aurora style- she was completely happy with.
They did wreck a little havoc on my day... I give each child their choice of meals and birthday cake. Their choices:
Breakfast: Shepherdess Pis (Like Shepherd's but vegetarian)
Breakfast: Shepherdess Pis (Like Shepherd's but vegetarian)
Dinner: Breakfast Burritos
Cakes: 1- Red Velvet (I have no idea what spurred this idea, Ive never made one before and we've never really spoken of it before...it was good though)
2- Black Forest (That's a norm for the twins, usually one of them picks it)I know I haven't been keeping up with my weight loss news. It was actually kind of depressing last week, not one ounce difference, I platue, it's really not fun. But since today is 'weigh day' I got the courage to get on that pesky scale again...so the official loss for 7 weeks of lifestyle change is (drum roll please...) 18 .5 lbs!
