finding strength beyond my own...

As I slowly plop into my computer chair I'm reminded of the lovely work out I gave my legs and butt yesterday. I have to say that I have an amazing body! - it's just hidden under 100 lbs of fat right now. Just ten short years ago this is what I looked like. Yes this was after 5 kids!

Bill and I were certified personal trainers through the YMCA and I taught kickboxing, step, floor, and water aerobics as well. This is what my body really looks like! That's why it's such a shock to see myself in pictures, that's not me.

I have a hard time not helping people at the 'Y' when I'm working out, it's just natural for me to want to correct someones form or explain a machine. I just don't look as credible as I used to. Although I have to say I enjoy working out at a certain weight then watching a guy come and have to take weight off before he can work out, I'm still strong! Just not strong enough to say 'no' to the brownies! But with this program I'm on, I'm feeling strength coming from deep inside, strength I thought was gone. I am doing very well at controlling my addictions (see post below...) and life is getting better! My scripture studying has become more intense and personal, so have my prayers. Thanks for your claps by the way!

To answer some questions about the bread:

Harrison charges $3.00 a loaf, $1.50 of that goes back into supplies, he gets $1.50 for camp. He grinds the flour before baking, it takes roughly 15 to 20 lbs of flour for the 5 batches (4 loaves per batch). It's kind of a first come first serve, some people have a weekly order, other than that, after church just find him, quickly! He could have sold a few more last week!
